The Position

• Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
• Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
• Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
• Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches and function support when required
• Flexible to handle diverse tasks, from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time

The Person

• An experienced barista (a true coffee connoisseur) who is comfortable producing high-quality coffees
• Professional presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users
• The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
• Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
• Barista Qualification advantageous
• Has current working with children check or the ability to obtain
