Working as the Health Worker Advanced - Outreach you will:

• Deliver impactful initiatives including health checks, immunisations, education, and prevention programs
• Champion healthy lifestyles through nutrition, activity, and parenting support
• Guide and mentor health workers while managing resources and driving service excellence
• Work with autonomy, using initiative and sound judgement to solve problems and improve outcomes
• Uphold high standards of care, ensuring safe, quality, and meaningful health services for children and families
