The Position
The Australian National University is seeking an experienced and qualified HR Data Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Consultant, HR Data Integrity & Insights, the Remuneration and Workforce Data Analyst provides supports the design, development and implementation of workforce strategies through the analysis of workforce data and trends.
The Workforce Data Analyst will provide advice to staff in the People and Culture Division, University Colleges and Portfolios. The Workforce Data Analyst is required to work closely with internal stakeholders across the University, including Planning and Data Analytics, Finance and Business Services Division and Information Technology Services supporting BAU and project work including remuneration analytics, automating compliance reporting, workforce dashboard development and deployment, data quality and integrity, stakeholder management, documentation of processes and procedures, and supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
The Person
We are seeking a professional with strong teamwork stills with previous experience in HR data reporting and workforce analytics, stakeholder management and consultation. We understand data analytics requires the ability to both visualise and tell the story to a broad audience, so if you have experience creating and communicating data insights and reports, we would love to hear from you.
