The Opportunity

We are currently seeking passionate and aspiring General Managers across Melbourne to join our leadership team and be part of an organisation that genuinely puts people first.

About the Role

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a Melbourne-based Care Community including people leadership, customer outcomes and full P&L performance responsibilities
• Drive a positive and inspiring team culture to deliver high-quality care and well being services to older people
• Develop strong and connected relationships with residents, families, health professionals and the wider community
