We’re Looking For

An experienced Investor Relations Manager to partner closely with senior leaders, investors and analysts to strengthen understanding of Stockland’s strategy, performance and outlook on a 12-month fixed term contract.

What You’ll Do

As Investor Relations Manager, you will sit within the Investor Relations and Strategic Finance team in the CFO Group, playing a key role in how Stockland is understood by the investment community.

You will provide high quality analysis of internal, external and peer data to support clear, consistent and credible communication with institutional investors and sell side analysts. Working closely with the General Manager and Senior Manager, Investor Relations, you will help shape investor messaging, manage key result workflows and contribute to investor presentations, roadshows and Board reporting.

This role exists to ensure Stockland’s operational and financial performance is accurately interpreted and communicated, supporting informed decision making and confidence in our long term strategy.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in investor relations, financial analysis or a related capital markets role
• Strong understanding of financial and operational performance analysis, ideally within real estate or A REITs
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external investors or analysts
• Advanced MS Excel capability and experience preparing high quality MS PowerPoint materials
• Tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, property or a related discipline
