The role

The Bell Attendant role is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that offers invaluable exposure to Crown Melbourne's hotel operations and guest service standards. We are seeking a Full-time Overnight Bell Attendant to join our dynamic team here at Crown Promenade.

Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care, we are committed to creating memorable and elevated hospitality experience. As a Bell Attendant, your responsibilities include:

• Greet guests and visitors upon arrival and departure
• Deliver, collect, and store luggage efficiently and securely
• Explain room amenities and valet park guest vehicles
• Uphold Crown’s Forbes 5-Star service standards through exceptional customer service and attention to detail

About you

• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
• A current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence (manual licence highly regarded)
• Previous experience in a customer service role within a premium or 5-star environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Commitment to working across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
