  • Configure and enhance learning programs, curricula, rules, notifications and reporting to meet compliance, regulatory and operational requirements
  • Establish and embed governance frameworks, processes, documentation and quality standards for Workday Learning
  • Support content owners to manage, standardise and maintain a clean and accessible learning content library
  • Partner with Learning, People Systems, IT and external Workday partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
  • Strengthen reporting and audit readiness, ensuring confidence in learning data for regulators and auditors
  • Build internal capability by upskilling People Systems team members through documentation, coaching and knowledge transfer
  • Prepare BAU playbooks and handover materials to enable sustainable ownership beyond the contract period
  • Monitor Workday releases and continuously improve system efficiency, automation and compliance outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience stabilising or optimising systems post go‐live in a complex environment
  • Solid understanding of LMS concepts, content structures, metadata, SCORM/xAPI and reporting
  • Experience working across HRIS, Learning or People Systems in medium to large organisations
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
  • Experience creating governance models, process documentation and operational playbooks
  • Demonstrated capability to upskill teams and deliver effective knowledge transfer
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
