Transform lives, every single day

At Anglicare Sydney, we bring the strength, the support and the strategy to make it happen.

For more than 170 years, we’ve supported older people to live with dignity, purpose and connection. Our Seniors Communities are built on this foundation — creating welcoming environments where residents feel supported, connected and at home.

We’re now seeking a Resident Services Officer to join our team in Winston Hills.

Your Opportunity

Part Time | 2 days per week (16 hours) (Flexible to work either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) | Winston Hills

As a Resident Services Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face of the village — providing frontline customer service, administrative support and day‐to‐day assistance to residents and visitors.

You’ll play a key role in creating a positive and responsive environment, supporting residents to feel confident, connected and well supported in their community.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide a warm, professional reception and concierge service
  • Respond to resident enquiries and provide timely support or referral
  • Maintain resident records, communications and administrative processes
  • Support village communications, newsletters and digital updates
  • Assist with events, activities and lifestyle programs
  • Coordinate resident transport and day-to-day support needs
  • Work collaboratively across care, maintenance and hospitality teams
  • Maintain accurate systems and ensure data integrity
  • Follow up on resident feedback, emerging needs and incidents to ensure timely resolution
  • Advocate for residents by coordinating with families, care teams and other stakeholders
  • Support residents through My Aged Care processes where required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting enhancements to village operations

What You’ll Bring

You’re organised, friendly and enjoy supporting others. You thrive in a people‐focused role and take pride in delivering excellent service.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in customer service, reception or administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
  • A warm, patient and respectful approach to working with older people
  • Current driver’s licence

Experience in aged care, retirement living or hospitality is highly regarded.
