In the role of a Consultant, Fraud Operations, you will join the Fraud Operations Team and play a pivotal coordination and facilitation role within the Fraud Operations business. You’ll help ensure leadership activities, communications and people initiatives are delivered smoothly in a fast‐paced operational environment.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Support Fraud Operations leadership by coordinating leadership meetings, agendas, actions and governance activities.
- Manage internal communications for Fraud Operations, ensuring consistent, engaging and timely messaging across team.
- Plan and deliver events and engagement activities, including town halls, offsites, wellbeing initiatives and internal strategic launches.
- Coordinate people and workforce activities, supporting annual people planning, headcount tracking and engagement initiatives.
- Act as a central point of coordination with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Communications, Property and external partners.

- Experience in business coordination, corporate communications or operational support, ideally within a large and dynamic organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‐quality outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management capability, including confidence working with senior leaders and cross‐functional teams.
- High levels of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to manage sensitive information and data.
