Position Description

**Classification:**ANU Officer 5 (Administration)
Salary package: $87,570 - $95,530 per annum plus 17% superannuation
**Terms:**Full Time, Continuing

  • Responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle

Position overview

The Division of Student Administration contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. The Division's student related support services include the management of: enrolment and progression; fee invoicing and cashiering; scholarships; examinations; prizes; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts; student communications and quality advice on ANU student related policy and rules as well as compliance with national and international regulations.

The Conferral and Prizes Officer provides high‐quality administrative support across conferral and prizes, acting as a key point of contact for students and stakeholders. The role involves interpreting policies and legislation, maintaining accurate student records across University systems, and supporting critical reporting deadlines to ensure timely and compliant outcomes.
