As an Electronic Gaming Host , you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our Gaming Machine area while providing a world class experience for our guests. You will help to resolve minor machine faults, perform pay outs of jackpots and assist guests with their enquiries.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests.
A few of your responsibilities
- Assist guests with enquiries relating to gaming machines, promotions and general enquiries
- Resolve minor machines faults
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
- Ensure gaming areas are maintained and well presented
- Maintain familiarity with The Star Gold Coast property, services, tournaments and current promotional events
What are we looking for
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
- Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training
- Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
