The role

Crown Sydney features a private restaurant exclusively for our casino members, offering a unique and refined dining experience. We are looking for a skilled part-time Commis Chef to contribute to this exceptional venue. This role provides the opportunity to work with premium ingredients, collaborate with talented chefs, and deliver high-quality dishes in a luxury setting.

About you

• Experience in Asian cuisine – advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent - desirable
• Flexible availability across 7 days
