The role
Recognised globally for its innovative Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences, Nobu Perth is one of Crown's most iconic premium dining destinations. We are seeking passionate, polished and guest-focused Hosts to join our team in a part-time position offering 32–64 hours per fortnight.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create memorable first impressions while ensuring the smooth flow of restaurant operations. Working in a fast-paced, premium environment, you'll deliver personalised service and help create exceptional experiences from arrival through to departure.
In this role, you will:
- Welcome and seat guests, creating a warm and professional first impression
- Manage reservations, seating plans and special guest requests
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting the front-of-house team
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Nobu menu and dining experience
- Assist with restaurant preparation, presentation standards and operational requirements
- Process guest payments accurately and support seamless service delivery
About You
You are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a premium customer-focused environment. You take pride in delivering genuine service, remain calm under pressure and enjoy building positive relationships with both guests and colleagues
You'll bring:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience, ideally within a premium dining, hotel or luxury environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- A professional presentation and genuine passion for guest service
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement
