As we continue to grow and shape our future ambitions, we’re seeking a dynamic Broker Relationship Partner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive strategic outcomes by fostering strong partnerships with our Key Broker partners, ensuring exceptional experiences and sustainable growth across CGU/IIA products. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid role with occasional travel, supported by a company car and dedicated parking, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within the IIA division. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

What You'll Do

• Implement distribution, sales, and retention strategies for key broker partners
• Manage and grow national broker account relationships
• Represent CGU as a brand ambassador at broker events and industry forums
• Use market insights and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and consistency
• Drive improvements in broker experience and Net Promoter Score
• Leverage digital innovation to optimise processes and enhance efficiency

What You'll Bring

• Proven relationship and account management expertise in the insurance sector
• Strategic planning and execution skills with a focus on growth and retention
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of insurance financials
• Solid underwriting knowledge and ability to interpret risk
• Customer-centric mindset with experience improving NPS
• Analytical skills and ability to use market insights for decision-making
• Tertiary qualifications and/or ANZIIF accreditation are advantageous
