We’re looking for a motivated and commercially curious Management Accountant to join our FP&A team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career with 1-2 years' experience who’s ready to step up, build their capability, and gain exposure to a fast-paced, multi-site business.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of management reporting and business analytics services. This includes delivering data in a clear and easy-to-use format, analysing results against budget (including identifying risks and opportunities), and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The role plays a key part in helping the business report, measure performance and deliver against its targets.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary
• Analyse financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support month-end processes and maintain data integrity across systems

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning
• Provide insights into key business drivers and performance
• Partner with stakeholders to support accurate and timely forecasting

Routine Reporting

• Deliver weekly and monthly reports (sales, costs, store performance)
• Prepare store P&Ls and G&A reporting with clear, actionable insights
• Ensure accurate data collation, reconciliation, and system updates

Business Insights

• Support deep-dive analysis into cost drivers and operational performance
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations

About You

• 1-2 years’ experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, or similar
• Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to partner across teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
