Classification: ANU Officer 2/3 (Administration)
Salary package: $66,099 - $78,863 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full-time, Continuing
The Position
Within the Maintenance Team, the Maintenance Support Officer plays an important role in supporting the delivery of building maintenance services across the University.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will assist with coordinating contractor activities, scheduling works, updating maintenance systems, and supporting day‐to‐day administration. This role works closely with other maintenance team members, contractors and University stakeholders and offers a strong foundation for building a career in facilities and maintenance operations.
The Person
You will bring:
- An interest or experience in building maintenance or facilities management, ideally within a complex environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and a professional, service‐focused approach
- Basic IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications, with a willingness to learn new systems
The Team
The Building Maintenance team has the responsibility for the delivery of Contract management activities at the University. This encompasses the management and delivery of all statutory, preventative and corrective maintenance and asset management initiatives.
The Division
The mission of Campus Environment Division is to "Enable academic excellence at the University through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The two key portfolios are Commercial Planning & Strategy and Operations.
