In the role of a Delivery Consultant, you will join the Chief People Officer team for Technology and Enterprise Operations and Enabling Units (T&EO and EU) that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Enable the effective day‐to‐day running of a senior executive’s office and broader business unit, ensuring priorities, actions and approvals are delivered on time
- Embed and manage governance, risk and compliance processes, including executive papers, approvals, reporting and operating rhythm activities
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the enterprise to drive delivery of cyclical and ad‐hoc initiatives and resolve competing priorities
- Drive progress against the Colleague Strategy and People & Culture priorities through reporting, insights and delivery support
- Coach and support stakeholders on governance standards, delegated authority and executive forum requirements
- Collaborate with other Delivery Consultants to drive consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement across the function
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience in business delivery, executive office support, HR, governance or a similar environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at senior levels
- Sound understanding of governance, operational risk and compliance within a complex or regulated organisation
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and problem‐solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical capability and confidence using modern systems and enterprise tools
- Experience within financial services or banking is advantageous
