About your role

We're looking for a customer-focused Digital Technology Support Officer to help deliver and support the technology that underpins patient care across Metro South Health.

In this role, you will:

  • Install, maintain and support Digital Hospital devices and ICT infrastructure.
  • Deliver technical support for hardware, software and clinical technologies.
  • Assist with complex digital projects across Metro South Health facilities.
  • Configure and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
  • Support downtime viewer systems to ensure clinical continuity.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Travel across Metro South Health sites as required.

About you

You are a technically skilled ICT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers and delivering reliable digital solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will bring:

  • Experience supporting desktop and end-user computing environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Experience with ICT hardware, peripherals and mobility devices.
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts to a range of audiences.
