In this role, you’ll turn complex performance data into clear insights that help teams plan, prepare and respond with confidence. You’ll partner closely with scheduling, forecasting and operational stakeholders, building trusted reporting and automated data solutions that enable better outcomes today and smarter decisions tomorrow.
This is a 12-month max-term, full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne), Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do

• Partner with Workforce Management and operations teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
• Design, build and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting using consistent, reliable data patterns.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support intraday, daily, weekly and longer term workforce and operational planning.
• Analyse performance data, investigate anomalies, and provide clear commentary on drivers and impacts.
• Review existing reports, identify gaps, and build new solutions aligned to evolving business requirements.
• Support pre event, event day and post event analysis to help teams prepare, respond and improve.

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience using SQL to analyse large datasets and produce accurate, reliable reporting.
• Experience building dashboards or reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of telephony and workforce performance metrics and interval based reporting.
• Understanding of AI and automation, with the ability to combine data sources, enhance forecasting insights, and improve productivity through smarter, data-driven solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective data and reporting solutions.
• Confidence working with stakeholders to communicate insights clearly and accurately.
• Exposure to workforce management or telephony systems such as CxOne or Cisco is helpful but not essential.

What We Offer

• Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard.
• 20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what’s important to you).
• Work from home and many more flexibility options with myFlex.
• Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance.
• Partner discounts on private health insurance, tech & appliances, and many more.
• Access to LinkedIn Learning, the award-winning IAG Academy, study assistance and secondment opportunities.
