In the role of Senior Health Banking Manager, you will join our****Health Relationship team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Manage and grow a portfolio of health sector SME clients, delivering tailored banking solutions
Drive new-to-bank acquisition and business development across priority client segments
Deepen existing relationships to expand share of wallet and improve client outcomes
Lead complex lending conversations and structure integrated financial solutions
Build and maintain strong industry networks and referral channels to fuel growth
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Proven business development and acquisition track record within a Tier 1 banking environment
Deep health industry expertise with established networks and client relationships
Strong experience managing complex client portfolios ($5m–$75m turnover)
Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management capability
