**What you’ll deliver with us **

As our Technical Specialist – UKG Pro WFM (Forecasting), within the People and Culture Applications Technology team and is a critical role focused on managing and resolving production tickets and incidents related to the UKG Pro WFM, with a focus on the Forecasting Module.

Engage with business stakeholders to design and build enhancements, ensuring the system meets evolving business needs. You will also serve as a liaison with the vendor to escalate and resolve complex technical issues as well as play a key role in a major rollout, working across both project delivery and BAU optimisation.

You’ll also 

  • Design and enhance forecasting models, labour standards, and capacity planning within UKG Pro WFM.
  • Oversee the management of production tickets and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalating technical issues to the vendor, facilitating communication and resolution.
  • Manage incidents and performance trends, driving continuous improvement and propose proactive solutions to improve system reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Partner with operations teams, business, vendor, and delivery teams to deliver enhancements and improvements.

About you 

You’re analytically minded with a strong understanding of workforce planning Labour Standards and Forecasting processes and systems. You enjoy solving complex problems and working closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive smarter, data-led decisions and design and implement system enhancements.

You’ll also need 

  • Proven experience managing and resolving production tickets and incidents in a technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of Time and Attendance systems, preferably UKG Pro WFM.
  • Strong understanding of capacity planning for event-driven changes and seasonal peaks
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments, balancing BAU support and project delivery
  • Vendor management experience, with the ability to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
