About The Role

Are you looking for your new role? We are seeking an experienced warehouse coordinator at our Gunnedah Open Cuts sites, work directly with the mine & enjoy job security, great culture and career longevity!

What You’ll Do

• Ensure all supplies, goods (inwards and outward) documentation is completed and accurate in detail
• Conduct regular stocktakes to maintain stock levels, including consignment stock
• Coordinate with site personnel all activities related to the supply of goods and services to achieve timely completion of maintenance or goods required
• Source goods and services to obtain best total cost and availability to meet WHC business needs
• Ensure critical parts / components listing is up to date and stock levels are maintained at the optimum.
• Co-ordinate and manage of store people at Gunnedah Open Cut sites

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant qualifications (Warehouse Management/ Procurement /Commerce/ Engineering/) or Plant Clerical experience or Mechanical Trade
• Experience in coal mining/ industry in Stores/Warehousing/ Administration duties
• Forklift Licence
• Experience using warehousing/ stock control software
