The Role
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Lifestyle Assistant to join our dedicated team.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about enhancing the wellbeing of older Australians through meaningful activities, social engagement, and genuine connection.
As a valued member of our Lifestyle team, you will:
Support the planning and delivery of engaging recreational and social programs
Build positive, supportive relationships with residents
Help create a vibrant, inclusive, and enjoyable environment
Contribute to resident wellbeing through companionship, conversation, and participation in activities
Be the friendly face that brings joy and enrichment to the lives of our residents.
To be successful
You are someone who brings energy, compassion, and creativity to your work. You’ll also bring:
Previous experience in aged care
Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable)
Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR)
The ability to build strong, positive relationships
Confidence engaging residents in daily programs and activities
A genuine passion for supporting and enriching the lives of older people
Great communication and teamwork skills, along with basic computer literacy
Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check
