SRI PUBLISHING CO PTY LTD T/as Dorsal by the Sea Restaurant is looking for experienced Cook who can join our team . Dorsal by the Sea Restaurant is located at 1 West St, Forster NSW 2428 Australia. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cook to join our team . The ideal candidate will have cooking skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Working hours Fulltime (38 hours) per week. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and cook a range of restaurant menu Must be experienced working as a Cook Cooking and preparing the dishes in our menu Developing and changing the menu from time to time as required Training and mentoring subordinates in the kitchen Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen Stock rotation and reordering Use a variety of cooking techniques Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and portion control across all dishes Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness in accordance with HACCP requirements Qualifications and Experience Must have Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery of Kitchen Management Must have experience worked as Cook for 1 Year minimum Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Any successful applicant must be a team player, able to work under pressure & maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen.
