Key Responsibilities

  • Checking guests in and out while ensuring smooth, efficient front‐desk operations
  • Managing high‐volume guest flow during peak periods
  • Allocating rooms and escorting guests to their destination as required
  • Confirming and processing payments accurately
  • Using the Opera Property Management System to enter guest information and maintain up‐to‐date visit history
  • Delivering tailored, elevated guest experiences, including organising taxi and limousine services
  • Building quick, genuine rapport with guests and visitors
  • Remaining calm, professional, and solution‐focused in a fast‐paced, time‐sensitive environment

You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a high‐volume, fast‐paced customer service environment
  • Proven ability to multitask and maintain accuracy while handling simultaneous guest requests
  • A consistently positive, professional attitude, even during busy periods or challenging situations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of guests
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (highly regarded)
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, overnights, and public holidays
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights or a valid visa allowing full‐time employment
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards in line with Crown expectations
