THE POSITION

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in premium corporate environments.
  • Work across boardroom dining, executive meetings, conferences and corporate functions.
  • Provide professional, polished and discreet service to clients and guests.
  • Set up and pack down meeting rooms, boardrooms and function spaces.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and venue teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Be available to work a variety of casual shifts across weekdays, with opportunities based on business requirements.

  • F&B Boardroom Attendant
  • F&B Functions Waiter

THE PERSON

  • Minimum 2 years experience in premium corporate dining, fine dining, functions, or 5-star hospitality is desirable.
  • Professional, well-presented and customer focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide discreet, high-quality service.
  • Experienced in functions and restaurant service, including 3 plate carry, silver service, barista coffee, and food and wine knowledge.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.
  • Holds a current NSW RSA, is willing to obtain a National Police Check
