We’re seeking experienced food and beverage hosts who are looking to join high performing teams and work within world class dining, bars and large-scale events.

Available Roles

• Restaurants (incl. Nobu) – premium dining service.
• Events and banqueting – Weddings, corporate & VIP events.
• Premium rooftop bar CirQ – cocktails, guest service.
• In-room dining – hotel guest experience (overnights required).
• Epicurean – Fine dining buffet selection.

About You

• Experienced hospitality background.
• People who enjoy fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Current or willing to obtain NSW RSA.
• Positive attitude & reliability.

Desirable:

• Barista, bartender, host, fine dining or events experience
• Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese
