As our Coordinator Works, you will take the lead in planning, coordinating and delivering civil works and maintenance across the Shire. You'll develop and implement annual and monthly work programs, manage staff and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification.
You will oversee resource planning, traffic management and WHS compliance, monitor quality and performance, and drive continuous improvement across our Works Programs. Collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and the community, you'll ensure clear communication, safety and service excellence.
This role suits a confident leader with strong technical knowledge and a proactive, hands-on approach to achieving results.

- Proven leadership and team coordination experience within a civil works or maintenance environment
- Strong planning, organisation and project management skills
- Sound understanding of WHS regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with Contractors
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and experience with record-keeping and / or Asset Management Systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and service
