Step into a role where insight helps change land well. As a Transformation Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of claims transformation by turning data into clear performance insights and tracking how initiatives are really performing. You’ll help bring structure, transparency and confidence to decision making, working closely with teams across claims, transformation, finance and data. This role is ideal if you enjoy connecting numbers to outcomes, spotting patterns and helping teams focus on what matters most to improve customer, financial and operational results. There are multiple permanent full-time roles based in multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain performance insights that provide a clear, end‐to‐end view of claims performance aligned to strategic objectives.
• Track transformation initiatives across the claims value chain, monitoring delivery progress, outcomes and value realisation.
• Develop and maintain cost‐benefit models and value frameworks to support prioritisation and sequencing decisions.
• Monitor initiative performance, identify risks or gaps and work collaboratively to support continuous improvement.
• Produce accurate performance reporting, dashboards and packs to support leaders and governance forums.
• Partner across the value chain to provide end to end performance and financial oversight.

• Strengthen future ready reporting and metric governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuity through technology change.

What You'll Bring

• Experience working with data and insights to monitor performance and support informed decision making.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills, including trend analysis, variance analysis and benefits tracking.
• Confidence working with complex, multi‐source data sets to create clear and accurate performance reporting.
• Ability to translate numbers into practical insights, risks and actions that leaders can use.
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across different teams and disciplines.
• Exposure to insurance, financial services or claims environments, with financial modelling experience an advantage.
