GrainCorp is currently looking for a fixed term Senior Master Data Administrator for a 10-month opportunity to join our Sydney team. The organisation is running a systems transformation project and as a result we are bringing in additional assistance to support the migration of customer & supplier master data as part of this project.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Manage master data for customer and vendor records
  • Master data compliance and integrity across multiple systems
  • Support & conduct data reviews as part of migration cycles
  • Help resolve data quality problems, process control & improvement.
  • Conducts data cleaning.
  • Utilising expertise/ knowledge to further enhance current systems, processes and procedures

About your experience

Candidates will have prior experience in a similar role in Shared Services ideally in a high-volume environment. Candidates will also display:

  • Ability to work autonomously & to meet deadlines
  • SAP S/4 Hana experience well regarded
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Advanced computing skills- Microsoft Office specifically Excel & Word
