Cook At Zanini Pizzeria & Cucina Italiana, we bring the true taste of Italy to Elwood with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and a passion for tradition. The restaurant is a long established and reputable Italian restaurant. We are now seeking a Cook to join our dynamic team: with ambient indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant delivers authentic Italian cuisine and experience. Working in a well-established kitchen, your responsibilities will include:  Preparing, seasoning, and cooking food  Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements  Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding sauces and garnishes  Ensuring quality of ingredients and dishes  Adhering to health regulations when managing food  Contributing to menu planning as required The ideal candidate will present with:  Relevant Certificate III or IV qualification. At least 1-year full time employment in a similar role  Ability and experience working autonomously in a fast-paced commercial kitchen  Passionate and experience with Italian cuisine  Ability to deliver high quality meals  Fully conversant with Health & Safety regulations Flexibility to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends If you are looking for a great opportunity this may be the role for you.
