As our Rooms Division Manager , you will lead the Front Office and Housekeeping operations across The Star Residences, delivering world-class guest experiences while balancing the unique dynamics of a serviced apartment and residential environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing owner and guest satisfaction, and protecting the long-term value of our assets.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will work at the intersection of hospitality and strata living, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver seamless service, optimise performance, and foster a high-performing, guest-centric culture.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient day-to-day performance across both towers
  • Drive housekeeping productivity and operational workflows to maximise efficiency while maintaining high quality and asset standards
  • Collaborate closely with Strata & Asset Management to meet owner expectations and ensure compliance with strata requirements
  • Monitor inventory, bookings, and equitable revenue distribution across the letting pool
  • Lead, develop and inspire your team, managing recruitment, performance, and labour costs in line with business objectives

What are we looking for

  • Proven leadership experience in hotel operations, ideally within a serviced apartment or strata environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance guest experience, owner expectations, and operational performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality or a related field (highly regarded)
  • Experience with Opera or similar hotel systems and strong understanding of front office and housekeeping functions
