About the Role
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of cleaning and accommodation services across the site. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead from the front while ensuring compliance with Compass Group standards and Defence contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning operations across multiple facilities
- Conduct room inspections and maintain checklists
- Manage contractors and support general administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and equipment use
- Work both autonomously and as part of a broader team
- Perform physically demanding tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and DCAC site access
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the service industry
- Previous experience supervising and leading a team
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Cleaning Certificate IV (desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate
