About the Role:

We’re seeking caring and committed AIN’s to join our team at Ashmore Gardens Care Community. AINs are the front line of aged care, providing the daily support that allows residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. It’s a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and making a meaningful difference.

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals with the following:

✔️ Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care
✔️ Certificate in Disability
✔️ Nursing students currently studying
