At Crown, we create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bell Services Attendant, you’ll be the welcoming face of Crown Towers, delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure.

About the Role

You’ll play a key frontline role, providing a seamless and personalised guest experience. From luggage handling and valet parking to assisting with guest requests, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects Crown’s high service standards

The position is 48-76 hours per fortnight and requires 7 day per week availability & full work rights in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional welcomes to all guests
  • Assist with luggage delivery, valet parking and driveway management
  • Deliver accurate and timely guest services across the hotel
  • Respond to guest enquiries with a friendly and solutions-focused approach
  • Maintain a safe, clean and professional environment
  • Work collaboratively with Front Office and hotel teams to deliver service excellence

About You

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Current manual driver’s licence with solid driving experience
  • Previous hospitality or hotel experience highly regarded
  • Must hold valid Drivers Licence
