The role:

We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Relations Investigations Manager to join Crown Resorts. Reporting to the Group GM – Workplace Relations, you’ll be central to driving best practice ER case management across the Sydney, Melbourne & Perth properties, whilst setting the function up for success by creating up tools, templates and processes to enable effective and compliant operations.

You’ll be:

  • Providing advice and review of recommendations for workplace investigation activities
  • Providing recommendations to improve investigations knowledge & resolve identified issues
  • Providing oversight of ER investigations and conducting QA reviews of ER‐led investigation files
  • Developing tools and practices to ensure investigations are completed fairly and compliantly
  • Owning the investigation frameworks and standards, whilst maintaining oversight of CoE investigation portfolio for governance, risk and reporting
  • Conducting whistleblower and sensitive, high-risk or complex investigations
  • The central point for all P&C Whistleblower cases, and the P&C representative at the Whistleblower committee
  • Owning investigation frameworks, governance and standards
  • Identifying systemic issues, investigation trends and repeat risk themes to mitigate risks to WR leadership

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an Employee Relations leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex workplace investigations in a regulated environment
  • Ability to work with and upskill Line Managers to manage outcomes effectively
  • Experience in planning and facilitating training and or workshops
  • Analytical and commercial thinking, with strong stakeholder and client influence capability
  • Agility and confidence working within ambiguous and reactive environments
  • Strong communication, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
