About The Role

Lead and enhance enterprise scheduling frameworks across Hydro’s capital portfolio, driving consistency, governance, and high-performance delivery standards. Partner closely with Project Leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert schedule assurance, strengthen capability, and embed best-practice methodologies. You’ll deliver actionable portfolio-level insights on performance, risks, and critical path impacts, enabling better decision-making, improved predictability, and stronger project outcomes.

Salary range $140,877 – $163,308 plus super

  • Assure quality and integrity of complex project schedules.
  • Deliver portfolio insights on risks, trends and performance.
  • Coach teams to uplift scheduling capability.
  • Partner across functions to improve delivery outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement in scheduling practices

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in project scheduling on complex projects.
  • Expertise with scheduling tools and methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of project delivery frameworks (e.g. PMBOK).
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in like industries.
