We’re searching for a Platform Engineer to strengthen our cloud platform and uplift engineering capability across the business. You’ll work with AWS, Workato, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring and Development, Security and Operational practices to deliver secure, automated, and reliable platform services. If you love cloud, automation and building great developer experiences, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deploy, configure and maintain applications, platform components and cloud infrastructure
• Support environment provisioning across development, test and production
• Design and implement automation that reduces manual effort, improves reliability and supports scalable cloud operations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across cloud‑hosted applications and platform services, ensuring high performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Integrate automated security scanning and policy enforcement

What You’ll Bring

• EC2, Route53, CloudFormation, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, RDS, IAM, CDK, Lambda and ECS..
• Knowledge of Observability tools and monitoring best practices.
• Capacity planning, performance tuning, subnetting, DNS, routing and switching.
• Knowledge of cloud cost‑optimisation principles and financial accountability.
• Proficient with BitBucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Strong PowerShell and Bash scripting capability.
• Skilled in integrating monitoring, alerting and fault‑handling into platform services.
