What you’ll deliver with us

Role Description

Business analysis enables an enterprise to articulate needs and the rationale for change, and to design and describe solutions that can deliver value.

Business analysis is performed on a variety of initiatives within an enterprise. Business analysis may be performed within the boundaries of a project or throughout enterprise evolution and continuous improvement.

Experience

  • 4-8 years in a business analysis role.
  • Supervision of 1-4 other business analysts.
  • Analysis of changes of large scale and complexity.
  • Acting independently on initiatives of medium scale or complexity.
  • Use of modelling and analysis tools.
  • Transport and logistics.
  • Introducing change into large and complex enterprises.
  • Working with transformation projects and teams. Accountabilities

Business Analysis includes accountability for a range of activity.

  • Plan business analysis
  • Plan the business analysis approach.
  • Estimate business analysis effort.
  • Communicate plans to stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress.
  • Adapt plans in response to new information.

  • Elicit and communicate
  • Investigate the business to understand its environment, functions, and needs.
  • Build a shared understanding of business needs and potential solutions.
  • Facilitate collaboration and negotiation between stakeholders.
