The Role

We’re seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Events & Conference Executive to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in delivering seamless, memorable event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute conferences, exhibitions and events from planning through to delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all requirements are understood and exceeded
  • Produce accurate event orders, floorplans and documentation in line with Crown standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, kitchen and sales to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage event timelines, approvals and compliance processes
  • Monitor event financials, including billing accuracy, reconciliation and timely payments
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Crown offerings to enhance the client experience
  • Conduct site inspections, tastings and pre-event briefings with clients

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in events, conferences or hospitality coordination and/or planning within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of event financials
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a customer-first approach

What we offer you

  • Competitive annual salary plus bonus incentives
  • Complimentary onsite meals, discounted parking and generous discounts across Crown hotels, dining and entertainment
