Quest Caroline Springs and Quest Werribee are seeking to appoint a fun, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality sales professional to become part of our collaborative and vibrant close knit team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an aspiring sales leader seeking a supportive growth culture, while also being empowered to take ownership of their portfolio and professional development. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working alongside Sales Co-Ordinator , your key responsibilities will include:
Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities
Quarterly interstate travel
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Achieving revenue targets by proactively hunt for and secure new corporate, group and extended stay business.
Building, managing, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic outbound sales activity and networking
Managing RFPs, tender submissions and CRM
Staying informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
Previous Sales Manager or Business Development experience within a 4–5-star hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce; experience with RMS is advantageous
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and diverse teams
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A collaborative and motivated team player with a strategic and analytical mindset
Creativity, initiative, and innovative thinking to win business
A proactive, results-driven sales approach with the confidence to generate new business opportunities
