We’re looking for permanent, full-time Property Claims Consultant to join our CGU and WFI Broker team. You’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional claims experiences; providing support, making informed decisions, and ensuring a smooth process for our customers. Our Teams manage both Commercial and Personal Lines claims. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and want to make a real difference, this role is for you. You will be based in one of our offices located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Parramatta or Brisbane.

Commencing Monday 8th June, you’ll begin with 6 weeks comprehensive, fully paid training. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of one day per week in the office, training will be conducted remotely however you may be asked to attend the office more during this time. Shifts will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm.

What You'll Do• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing property claims with empathy

• Solve problems quickly by investigating details and working with suppliers to get repairs done fast
• Make fair decisions on claims within your authority, always putting the customer first

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure compliance
• Read and understand building and engineering reports to handle complex information confidently.
