Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a function which is going through an exciting period of transformation and growth, allowing the successful applicant to bring their lived experiences and help shape the L&D/OD function at Elders.

  • Be the first point of contact for L&D/OD queries and communications
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and participant management for L&D/OD programs and projects
  • Support performance and talent initiatives including goal setting, succession planning, and engagement surveys
  • End to End management of Workday Learning & OD administration
  • Assist in implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies and track metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and post-program reviews
  • Compliance with all relevant safety practices including the reporting of hazards, near misses and incidents through our safety system

**About the role:**As the Culture & Capability Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and organisational development programs across Elders. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, communication, and administration of initiatives that span leadership development, onboarding, performance, graduate programs, and diversity & inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Culture & Capability Coordinator, you will: To be successful in the Culture & Capability Coordinator role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar position, within a large complex organisation
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to deadline
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing learning management & Human Resource systems (Workday preferred)
  • Previous experience working across multiple functions
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Preferably previous experience working in L&D/OD functions (desirable)
