About the role
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Jindalee, you'll take ownership of your room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences that support children's growth, development, and wellbeing.
Working closely with our Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you'll play a key role in mentoring educators, driving best practice, and creating inclusive environments where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
In this role, you'll:
✨ Lead and support a team of Educators within the Nursery 1 room
✨ Create meaningful, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
✨ Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
✨ Support continuous improvement and quality educational outcomes
✨ Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment

What you'll bring
✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
✔ Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check
✔ A passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality learning outcomes for children
