Classification: ANU Officer 5 (Administration)
Salary package: $87,570 - $95,530 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full-time, Continuing

The Position

The Coursework Scholarships Officer plays an important administrative role in supporting the delivery of student financial awards within the Coursework Scholarships Office. Reporting to the Scholarships Team Coordinators, this position is responsible for the effective administration of coursework scholarships, including their establishment, awarding, payment, and cessation, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.

The role contributes to a student-focused service environment by providing accurate advice and responsive support to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. It also involves maintaining records and databases to support reporting and governance requirements, as well as assisting with the administration of prestigious scholarship programs.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, sound judgement in applying policy, and the ability to work collaboratively while supporting positive outcomes for students.
