Salary package: Competitive salary package plus 17% superannuation

Position overview

The Senior Manager, Student Assistance contributes to the University’s strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of administrative functions which support the student lifecycle activities that are delivered in partnership with University’s professional and academic community. The Senior Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of student communication, student events, and enquiry management.

Student Engagement and Education Management (SEEM) contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. The Division's student related support services include the management of: enrolment and progression; fee invoicing and cashiering; scholarships; examinations; prizes; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts; student communications and events, and quality advice on ANU student related policy and rules as well as compliance with national and international regulations.
