The Opportunity

As a Salesforce Martech Engineer joining Medibank, you will help design and deliver modern marketing technology solutions that enable personalised, data-driven customer experiences across Medibank’s digital and marketing platforms.

Your impact

• Design, build and deliver marketing technology solutions across Salesforce platforms (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Personalisation, Sales/Service Cloud)

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, owning delivery from discovery through to deployment

• Develop integrations, automations, and data-driven customer journeys and personalisation

• Partner with teams across marketing, digital, data and engineering to deliver seamless customer experiences

• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform performance, data quality and capability

To be successful in this role, you must have hands on experience with:

• Salesforce Data Cloud - data modelling, identity resolution, segments, calculated insights, segmentation, activations, transforms.

• Marketing Cloud Next - flows, templates, agentforce

• Salesforce Personalisation - sitemap, templates, campaigns

• Sales Cloud / Service Cloud – flows, data schema, configuration & platform setup.

We will also be looking for:

• Proven experience working in technology, digital or marketing platforms

• Strong understanding of data, integrations and how systems connect (APIs, data flows, customer data platforms)

• Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Curiosity and a proactive mindset—comfortable owning work end-to-end

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across different teams
