In the role of Outbound Lending Specialist, you will join a Personal Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Engage existing home loan customers using event-based and propensity model leads
  • Support and engage at risk of defection customers through the personal bank referrals
  • Have meaningful, needs-based conversations to understand customers’ financial goals
  • Retain customers and deepen relationships by identifying the right lending solutions
  • Support customers across purchases, refinances, top-ups and variations
  • Deliver a high-quality, compliant and customer-first experience in every interaction
