Salary package: $79,314 - $85,809 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overviewWorking within the People and Culture Division of the University, the cross-divisional Provisioning Team provide on-boarding services to the University. The role works collaboratively across, Facilities & Services, Information Technology and Finance & Business Services to improve customer experience and to increase efficiencies as they relate to the onboarding of new staff to the University and the movement of current University staff.

The Provisioning Officer will work as part of the wider Provisioning Team to provide customer service and administrative support for staff with a focus on improving the customer experience and increasing efficiencies as they relate to the on-boarding, off-boarding and internal movement of University staff members.

We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage competing priorities and experience in providing timely and accurate advice and support across a range of stakeholders is essential. Background in IT / HR is an added advantage.
