THE POSITION

  • Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
  • Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
  • Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
  • Stock control and rotation

THE PERSON

  • Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
  • Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
  • Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
  • NPC: Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
